At DGV, we believe that we play a small part in bettering society by aligning with U.S. institutions directly serving the common good.
But after the events of 2020, we realized we needed to do more.
A global pandemic and social unrest brought to the forefront disparities in opportunity based factors unrelated to merit.
We have committed to create positive change by expanding opportunities via college scholarships, internships, counseling, and jobs.
OUR GOAL: Over time, develop a workforce that truly reflects society as a whole.

That’s why DGV has developed an action plan that:
Provides training to our employees to be more intentional in our actions and conscious of bias
Creates equal employment opportunities promoting the fair and equitable treatment of all persons without regard to race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, and sexual orientation
Commits time and resources to expand more diverse leadership within our firm
Fosters teamwork and employee participation, encouraging the representation of all groups and employee perspectives
Establishes a formal scholarship and internship program to provide opportunities and incentives to women and people of color to pursue STEM degrees and consider careers in finance and investing
